Black See Project

The Black See Project, completed in November 2023 for Macalim Ibraahim, is a remarkable mixed-use development located in the Black See area. This thoughtfully designed building features a basement level with three separate doors, each leading to spaces intended for shops and businesses, providing ample opportunities for commercial activities.

Above the commercial basement, the structure rises into two upper floors dedicated to residential apartments. The design seamlessly blends commercial and residential functions, making efficient use of space while maintaining a modern and appealing aesthetic. The Black See Project is a testament to Banaadir Construction’s expertise in creating multifunctional buildings that cater to both business and residential needs, all within a well-designed and cohesive structure.
